"I am a 34 C bra size and got an XS based off the measurements and the model in the photo. I could've also gotten a small and it would've worked fine too but with it being strapless I wanted it to fit very snug. It is made very well and I love the gold hardware on it. I does not move, I jumped in it and moved around and the top stayed in place so I think it'd be fine in the ocean with waves."
