  • What is The Heartbreak Hotel by Outcast?+

    Heartbreak Hotel is our exclusive loyalty program that unlocks an elevated and rewarding shopping experience for Outcast customers. Enjoy early access to sales, new collections, exclusive events and rewards, all of which will increase as you move through our tired program and unlock your key to the next Suite.

  • How does The Heartbreak Hotel by Outcast work?+

    Our loyalty program offers you an opportunity to accrue points on all purchases via our online store. These points allow you to upgrade through the Heartbreak Hotel program, and enable access to exclusive tired benefits and rewards.

  • How do I join The Heartbreak Hotel by Outcast?+

    If you are a new or existing Outcast customer, you are always welcome to check into the Heartbreak Hotel program by opting in when you create an account with us. Create your account or opt-in here.

  • How do I earn points?+

    As soon as you join you will start earning points for every dollar you spend. The higher the suite you’re in, the higher amount of points you receive per $1 spent. Points are issued after an order has been fulfilled, and any returned items will result in points being deducted, no past purchases will be applied to your account, however if you have been a loyal Outcast customer prior to the program launch, you will be placed in a tier after you join, so make sure to check your inbox after you opt in to see which Suite you’ve unlocked. Please note that points cannot be redeemed for gift cards.

  • How do I check my Suite status?+

    Your Suite status can be checked at any time, anywhere by logging into your Heartbreak Hotel by Outcast account and reviewing it via your Loyalty dashboard.

  • When can I use my points?+

    Once you gain 300 points and upgrade to the Deluxe Suite, you can redeem your points as spendable discounts on future purchases. Make a purchase and take the actions in more ways to earn points to quickly upgrade and start using your points!

  • When do my points expire?+

    Once you enter a Suite, you'll remain in that Suite for 12 months. If after 12 months you don't spend enough to retain your key to that Suite, you'll be downgraded to the one that matches your spend accrual within the last 12 months. So make sure to keep shopping to maintain your rewards! If you don’t redeem your points after 12 months, your points balance will be cleared.

  • Why do I already have points?+

    To welcome you to the program, we have rewarded you with 40 bonus points for checking into Heartbreak Hotel. If you have been a loyal Outcast customer prior to launch, you will receive extra bonus points added to your account when you join.

  • How does refer-a-friend work?+

    Members are able to refer-a-friend who is a first-time customer on the site only. Referrals will not work if the referred friend has previously shopped with us before. Your friend will receive 10% off their first order, and once they have ordered you will also receive 10% off your next order with us. You can refer as many friends as you like.

  • Why have I upgraded to the next Suite?+

    When you receive this notification, you have earned enough points to be upgraded into the next Suite and unlock even more benefits and rewards, slay!

  • How can I get a birthday reward?+

    To receive your birthday reward, you must be opted-in to our email communications. We can only send your reward if you’ve added a valid date of birth to your account. To see if we’ve got your birthday please check your account page
