If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 days returns policy from delivery date.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

Please carefully read through our returns policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from Outcast. Our returns policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.

Full return condition below

Item/s must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Item/s must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags attached, unwashed and no perfume residue.

All Swimwear & Lingerie must be tryed on with undergarments on & returned with the Hygine Strip still on.

Item(s) on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you aren’t in love with your Outcast purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from when you receive your order, that allows our customers to receive a store credit (Please note this credit amount will have the return shipping cost deducted from your total). We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

SUBMIT YOUR RETURN

If the item(s) in your order are eligible for return, please submit your return/exchange request via the "make a return" tab above or via the Outcast Returns Portal HERE.

Please note, all return costs will need to be covered by the customer, except in the case of a defect or incorrect item.

 

STORE CREDIT

Returns received within the 30-day timeframe will receive a store credit. Our store credits do not have an expiration date and do not need to be used at once. This way you’re able to shop more Outcast items that you absolutely LOVE!

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received an item with a minor or major fault, please contact our customer care team customerhappiness@outcast-clothing.com with photos of the item.

- For minor faults we are happy to provide you with a replacement or store credit to ensure that you have a great shopping experience with Outcast.

- For major product defects you are eligible to receive a replacement, store credit, or refund made to the original payment method.

YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM

If you have received an incorrect size, color or style to what you ordered, please contact our customer care team customerhappiness@outcast-clothing.com with photos of the item/s and they will assist you further to resolve the issue.

DELIVERY DAMAGE

If you think your order has been damaged during transit, please contact our customer care team customerhappiness@outcast-clothing.com with photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package so our team can assist you further.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

 - No changes can be made to your return request once you have posted your return

- All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and shoes in original box/carton

- Due to hygiene reasons, beauty tools/products, piercing jewellery (eg. earrings), socks/hosiery and intimates/lingerie cannot be returned due to change of mind, sizing or fit and this will be listed in the product description, unless faulty or significantly misrepresented

- All swimwear must have their hygiene seal intact and not previously removed

- All returns received outside of the policy timeframe will not be eligible for a store credit or exchange.
- No cancellation on PRE-ORDERS for a refund, however if your order has not been fulfilled, with the confirmation from customer support we can cancel your PRE-ORDER item(s) for a store credit ONLY.

FINAL SALE

Item(s) on SALE with a discount both applied or automatic of 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless due to a fault as assessed by our quality control department.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Once we receive your return please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and be provided with your store credit details.

ONLINE RETURN PORTAL

For all store credits and exchanges, please ensure your return/s meets the below conditions of our Returns Policy.

Please ensure you have filled out a returns request before returning an item(s). If you have any difficulties or issues with this process please contact our customer happiness team. Contact Us

If a return is received and not approved or doesn't meet our T&C's we will contact the customer immediately and provide more details as to the denied return.

STEP 3

We aim to process any return within 3 business days of your parcel arriving to us, however please allow up to 5 business days.

STEP 4

We advise to keep a record of any tracking numbers for returns. We cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
