"Seriously, the nicest dress I've ever purchased from Outcast. Im usually a size XS and went with a S after looking at Emily in the photos. I'm a size C and didn't want as much under-boob to show so I sized up to make it less revealing in that area. Size difference wasn't noticeable in the waist region. I've raved about this dress to all my girls !"
