Where is the pop up located?
Le Club Outcast will be at 189 The Grove Drive Los Angeles, CA 90036 - located in the Grove beside the Barnes and Nobles.
What are the trading hours of the pop up?
Le Club Outcast will be open from June 7th - June 26th between the hours of:
- Monday-Thursday: 10am-9pm
- Friday - Saturday: 10am-10pm
- Sunday: 11am-8pm
Will there be special activations?
Yes! On June 7th, the first lucky people in line will receive gift vouchers up to $500. There will also be a gelato cart and more!
Will there be new arrivals in store each week?
Yes, we’ll be dropping new arrivals weekly!
What payment method will you accept?
We will only accept cashless payments (credit card and apple pay) - no cash.
Can you return online orders in-store?
You will be able to return online orders at the Grove pop-up store for store credit to be used on the online store only. This will only be valid for orders still within the 30 day return window.
Can you return items purchased at the pop-up?
Yes, if you make a purchase at the Grove Pop-Up you will be eligible to return for a store credit that can be used at the pop up or a refund. You must have your receipt, this can be sent via email or SMS when you checkout.
Can you use influencer codes in-store?
No, unfortunately influencer codes can only be used to shop online.
Can you use loyalty points in-store?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the pop-up, you will not be able to redeem points in store. For loyalty members who place an order at our pop-up, if in an eligible tier your purchases will be credited to your loyalty account to use on our website.
Can I use online store credits and gift cards in store?
Store credits and gift vouchers issued through our online store are not able to be redeemed at the Grove pop-up and are for online use only.
