I had some issues when my dress arrived with some faulty sewing but I emailed the outcast support team and they had a new dress shipped out to me the next day but unfortunately due to them being Australian and me from the UK the new dress did not arrive in time for the wedding I was attending but they were amazing to even ship out a new one at no extra cost and also gave me a gift card to use for the inconvenience. Although my dress arrived faulty they fixed the issue immediately and did everything they could as soon as they could! I highly recommend purchasing from here and this dress is absolutely stunning! The material is amazing and is incredibly flattering on. Thank you so much!
